Brix started with a simple idea: a room in Carefree where wine isn't precious — it's shared. For fourteen years, Bryan and Nancy have kept the same three promises on the door: pull up a stool and sip, linger over a board and savor, then shop the wall on your way out and take the night home with you.

Part wine bar, part bottle shop, all neighborhood. The regulars know the corner; the wine list knows how to surprise you. Whether it's a quiet Tuesday glass or a Friday that turns into a tasting, you're always among friends here.

The heart of Brix is the bar — an easy pour, something cold and craft, and a board built to be lingered over. No reservations required, but they never hurt.

Thursdays · 5–8pm

Four pours, one theme — a mini trip through a region or grape, guided by whoever's behind the bar. Boards half-price with any flight.

Fridays · from 5pm

The room fills, a bottle gets opened "just to try," and Friday does its thing. Bring a friend; leave with a case.
